How to edit your Shopify password page

Go to Online Store, then Themes, click Customize, and use the template dropdown at the top to select Password. You can change the headline, message, background, and logo there. The email signup field on the password page feeds directly into your Shopify customer list with a newsletter tag.

Finding the password template

The password page is a theme template, so it edits like any other template. In the customizer, open the page dropdown that usually says Home page and choose Password at the bottom. Changes save to the theme, so they persist while the store stays locked.

What you can and cannot change

You can edit text, colors, imagery, and whether the signup form and social links show. You cannot remove the password field itself or add apps to this page, since it loads outside your normal storefront.
